While I’m not in the kitchen daily like my fiancé, for his birthday I wanted to put together a special dinner.
Making it quick, delicious and unforgettable…well, that was just the icing on the cake. ;)

FLOWERS: You don’t have to be a florist to put together a great arrangement. While your at your local grocer, grab (what I like to call) flower "fillers”. Fillers can be any flower or green that has depth. Normally fillers are less expensive and give your arrangement a lavish look.
TIME: Putting together a fabulous dinner doesn’t mean you have to spend hours in the kitchen. I go to my local butcher TAGZ.Their pre-made items only need 15-20 minutes of heating, giving YOU extra time to primp.
All else fails…. at least you have shrimp cocktails.
SIDES: add fresh diced tomatoes to spruce up any side.
The best part about any dinner... is dessert! Chocolate mousse pie AND white wine. YUM.
